Enrollment Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Registration fee includes entrance to the scientific sessions, certificate of attendance, coffee and tea breaks and working lunches.

Places are limited and applications are processed in strict order of receipt.

Cancellation policy: After Dicember, 16th 2024, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the costs. Before that date, cancellations must be reported in writing to the Technical Secretariat and a charge of 50% will be made. Any incidents or refunds will be dealt with, once corroborated, by the Technical Secretariat, after the Congress has finished.

To apply for the resident and fellow registration it is mandatory to send to camila.simas@provalentia.com a copy of the residence or fellowship certificate
